Princess Jafar is looking for her first artist in residence.

​This is a year-long, primarily virtual mentorship from March 2024-March 2025.

Although, this residency is designed for performance artists, artists in the visual and audio worlds are also encouraged to apply.

This residency is intended to guide an artist through development, production, and promotion of an exhibition/ film/ portfolio/ body of work/ etc.

This residency is also intended to support the artist creating the work for one calendar year in addition to supporting the creation of work itself.

This residency will include:

• Preference to in-person bookings

• Solo show or exhibition

• Feedback from prominent artists and experts

• Monthly stipend

• Grantwriting support

• Professional branding and press kits

• Social media coaching

• Merchandising and marketing consultations

• Press and promotional services
